Really did the trick.Had to "burn-in" multiple earbuds,got the job done speedily.
I purchased three and now have a fully integrated audio system with multiple output options as well as multiple input options, all via the Rockstar, which includes PC's, Mac's, a TV, and a surround sound system. Best price found at Amazon. I was looking for an audio hub, of sorts, and Belkin RockStar 5-Way 3.5-mm Headphone Splitter fit the bill. I've had it for about a month now and it's working perfectly.
I've had it for two years and it still works good. Prevents tangling and its good for a group of people. Works perfect. The design is great with the jacks point out at all angles.
I liked that it is a flexible device, not rigid, so it gave more options for placement of our dvd player in the car. Worked great on a trip with a portable dvd player (which only had 2 earphone jacks, when we needed 3). No complaints from the kids.
The splitter came in on time, and worked fine right out of the box, it is a little bulky, but for what it does, I'm not complaining. It claims it can play two mp3 players/iPods at once, but I haven't figured out how to do it.
